Substitution - Where A particular Flower , Stem , Colour , Container Or Other Item Is Unavailable , We Reserve The Right To Substitute It With An Item Of Equal Or Greater Value And Of A Similar Style , So As To Maintain The Overall Look , Theme And Value Of The Arrangement . Substitutions Do Not Entitle The Customer To A Refund .

- Every Arrangement Is Handcrafted , So The Final Product May Differ Slightly From The Photograph Shown . Images On Our Website And Marketing Materials Are For Illustration And Reference Only .

5) Delivery

. Delivery Areas - We Deliver Within Singapore Only . Delivery To Certain Locations May Be Subject To Additional Charges Or May Not Be Available .

. Delivery Slots - We Will Use Reasonable Efforts To Deliver Within The Selected Date And Time Slot , But Delivery Times Are Estimates And Are Not Guaranteed . Delays May Occur Due To Traffic , Weather , High-Demand Periods (Example : Happy Valentine's Day , Happy Mother's Day) , Or Circumstances Beyond Our Control .

. Receiving Delivery - Please Ensure Someone Is Available To Receive The Order At The Delivery Address During The Selected Slot . If The Recipient Is Unavailable , We May (At Our Discretion) Leave The Order In A Safe Place , With A Neighbour Or Concierge , Or Attempt Redelivery .

. Failed Or ReDelivery - If Delivery Fails Because The Recipient Is Unavailable , The Address Is Incorrect , Or Access Is Denied , A Redelivery Fee Applies . We Will Contact You To Arrange A ReDelivery And To Agree On The Applicable Redelivery Fee . We Are Not Responsible For The Deterioration Of Perishable Products Left Unattended Or Delayed Due To Such Circumstances .

. Self Collection - Where Self Collection Is Selected , Orders Must Be Collected From Our Premises During The Stated Business Hours And On The Agreed Date . We Are Not Responsible For The Condition Of Products Not Collected On Time .

6) Changes , Cancellations And Refunds

- Because Our Products Are Perishable And Often Made To Order , Our Cancellation And Refund Rights Are Limited And Are Set Out Below . Nothing In These Terms Affects Any Rights You May Have Under The Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act Or Other Applicable Law .

. Changes And Cancellations - Requests To Change Or Cancel An Order Must Be Made At Least 48 Hours Before The Scheduled Delivery Or Collection Date . We Will Try To Accommodate Changes But Cannot Guarantee Them , Especially During Peak Periods .

- No Cancellation Or Refund Is Available Once An Order Has Been Dispatched , Prepared , Or Is In The Course Of Delivery , Except Where The Product Is Faulty Or Not Of Satisfactory Quality .

. Refunds - We Do Not Accept Refund Requests Made Within 48 Hours Prior To The Scheduled Delivery Date . Where A Refund Is Otherwise Approved , It Will Be Issued To The Original Payment Method Within A Reasonable Period . Delivery Fees Are Non Refundable Once Delivery Has Been Attempted .

. Care - Care Instructions May Be Provided With Your Order . We Are Not Responsible For The Condition Of Flowers Where The Recommended Care Has Not Been Followed , Or For Natural Wilting After Delivery .

. Quality Concerns - If You Are Not Satisfied With The Quality Of A Product , Please Contact Us Within 24 Hours Of Delivery Or Collection , With A Photograph Of The Product . This Allows Us To Assess The Issue Fairly . Subject To Assessment , We May Offer A Replacement , Store Credit , Or Refund At Our Discretion .
